Obviously opportunities for high flying careers were in the International Arena. Working on my own has its own pleasure, it's good to be solicited by these big companies. The best thing I like about working on my own is that I can decide where I want to work. What I like best about the way I do consulting now, is that one day I would be in a very advanced market, working on a very sophisticated assignment where I could further develop my skills and another day I would be in an emerging market working for the client who has a totally different set of requirements where he would need support not only to help with a particular problem but they would be asking for help to have a “step” change in the way they conduct business. Now of course I’m very pleased and proud of the business success that I have achieved but my real pleasure is to know that I am applying my skills to help clients move there business forward.
